Seasons of East Ltd take the privacy of our customers seriously and are committed to keeping your personal data as safe as possible. This Privacy Policy together with our Cookie Policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you give us when you use this website.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any third party that we do not own or control.

When you open an account with us, make a purchase from our online shop, sign up to our mailing list or contact us directly via our email address or social media channels you will share certain personal information with us including your name, postal address, contact phone number and email address.

Whenever you provide us with your personal information, you are consenting to our use of your information for the specific reason for which it was provided. Although any transfer of information, especially over the internet, cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, once we are in receipt of your information we will always strive to ensure it is safely secured at all times and we will only retain your information for as long as necessary in order to provide you with our services and as described in this Privacy Policy.

Seasons of East Ltd use a number of third party providers without whom we would not be able to operate some of our services. We use Royal Mail to send out all of our orders and Mailchimp to manage our mailing list. Our website is hosted by Squarespace and Sqaurespace Commerce provide us with our online e-commerce platform that we use to sell our products. We do not store any of your payment details. All payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe. To understand how these parties use your information, please refer to their own privacy policies.

We will never share your personal information with other third parties or for the purposes of marketing unless you have given us your express consent or we are required to do so by law.

This Privacy Policy will be reviewed and amended from time to time so please do review it frequently for any changes. This Policy was last reviewed and is effective from 1 March 2020.
