Shipping

All orders will be shipped from the UK using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days, although please allow for slightly longer during busy periods such as any sales and Christmas.

If you are based within the UK we will send your order first class and if you are based outside of the UK we will send your order using international standard.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping is determined by weight so will depend on the number of items ordered. You will always be advised of the cost during the checkout process before confirming your order.

If you are ordering more than four patterns we will endeavour to provide you with the most cost effective method of delivery.

Please be aware that if you are based outside of the UK your country may impose customs duties and import taxes on your order. These charges are out of our control and it will be your responsibility to pay for them.

Returns

Printed Patterns

We hope that you will love your Seasons of East purchase but if you would like to cancel your order for any reason please contact us using the email address below within 14 days from when you received your purchase.

We will provide you with a cancellation form to complete and let you know the address where you can return your items to which must be in their original condition and must not have been opened, used or damaged in any way.

You will then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Once we are in receipt of your returned items we will refund you the cost of your purchase to the original method of payment. 

Please note that we do not refund any delivery costs unless we are at fault.

If your purchase is faulty you will be entitled to either a  full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at the email address below and we will let you know the address where you can return your items to.

PDF Patterns 

You will be unable to cancel any orders for PDF patterns if you have already downloaded the pattern to your computer (you will do this if you click on the link which was sent to you shortly after completing the payment process). 

If you have not downloaded the pattern and we are able to verify this we will be able to offer you a refund within 14 days from the date when the pattern was purchased.
