Physical products

Delivery

All orders are sent from the UK using Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

UK customers

If you are based within the UK, we will send your order First Class which should arrive within 2 working days.

Non UK customers

If you are based outside of the UK, we will send your order via International Standard. How long it takes to receive your order will depend on where in the world you are based but as a general guide deliveries to Europe should take 3-5 working days and worldwide 6-7 days.

Please note these timings are a general guide only and can vary depending on destination, customs and global events.

Cost of Delivery

Cost is determined by weight so will depend on the number of items ordered, however you will always be advised of the cost during the checkout process before confirming your order.

Please be aware that if you are based outside of the UK your country may impose customs duties and import taxes on your order. These charges are out of our control and it will be your responsibility to pay for them.

Returns

We hope that you will love your Seasons of East purchase but if you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at info@seasonsofeast.co.uk within 14 days from when you received your purchase. We will provide you with a cancellation form to complete and let you know the address where you can return your items which must be in their original condition and must not have been opened, used or damaged in any way.

You will then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Once we are in receipt of your returned items we will refund you the cost of your purchase to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund any delivery costs unless we are at fault. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@seasonsofeast.co.uk.

If your purchase is faulty you will be entitled to either a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Digital products

Delivery

You will receive a link to download your pattern immediately upon completing the checkout process.

Returns

You will be unable to cancel any orders for PDF patterns if you have already downloaded the pattern to your computer (you will do this if you click on the link which was sent to you shortly after completing the payment process). 

If you have not downloaded the pattern and we are able to verify this, we will be able to offer you a refund within 14 days from the date when the pattern was purchased.
